I suggest checking out their happy hour from 6-8 PM; drinks are way cheaper, and the vibe is super chill. Grab a seat outside if the weather's nice. It gets busy later, so arriving early helps you avoid the crowd.

My advice is to try and visit during the week instead of the weekend. It was much more relaxed and less crowded when I went on a Tuesday night. Way easier to enjoy the atmosphere!
