Old Swiss House

My advice is to check their menu online before you go. It's not huge, so you might want to plan your meal ahead to avoid any surprises. I found their dessert options a bit limited for my sweet tooth!

I highly recommend making a reservation for dinner, especially on weekends. We showed up unannounced and had to wait ages for a table! Totally worth it once we got in, but save yourself the hassle.

If you're a cheese lover like me, you gotta try the fondue! It's a bit pricy but sooo delicious. I think sharing it is a great way to save some cash while still enjoying it.

I suggest arriving right at 5 PM when they open if you hate crowds. We got a nice table by the window and the atmosphere was perfect. Later on, it got busy, and I felt rushed.
Le Chat

I think it’s smart to grab a table quickly if you can. The seating fills up fast, especially on weekends. I didn't plan ahead, and ended up standing all night!
Roessli Nightbar

My advice is to check the drink specials before you order. I ended up spending more than I planned because I didn’t realize some drinks were half price during happy hour from 6 to 8 PM.

I suggest going on a weekday instead of the weekend. It was way less crowded when I went on a Tuesday, and the staff had more time to chat. You can enjoy the vibe without feeling rushed!
