I recommend checking the weather before your trip. We went in rainy season and got caught in a storm. It’s a beautiful park but slippery trails aren’t great!

If you can, stay overnight at the park. The sunset views are absolutely stunning, and it’s way less rushed compared to a day trip. I didn't do this and really wished I had

Make sure to bring plenty of water and some snacks. The hike can be tougher than it looks, and it's pretty humid out there!

I recommend starting your hike early, around 7 AM. You'll beat the heat and have the trails mostly to yourself, plus the sunrise views are stunning!
