White Temple Wat Rong Khun

I think it's smart to bring water and some snacks. There aren't a ton of places to buy food nearby, and the heat can be intense, especially in the afternoon.

You might want to keep an eye on the time. There's a lot to see, so set a limit for how long you're willing to spend there, or you could end up rushed at the last minute.

I suggest checking the weather ahead of time. My visit was cut short by rain, but had I checked, I could have planned better. Sunscreen is also a must, even on cloudy days.

If you can, do a mini photoshoot at the bridge leading to the temple. I got some of my fave photos there, and it's less crowded than inside the temple itself.
Wat Phrahat Doi Suthep
My advice is to wear comfy shoes. The stairs can be a real workout, and you'll want to explore every corner of the temple without your feet killing you

I recommend taking the Songthaew (red truck) instead of taxis. It's way cheaper and kind of fun to hop in with locals! Just make sure to agree on the fare beforehand.
