Kleopatra Beach

My advice is to explore the nearby promenade in the evening. It's lively, has great shops, and street food that won’t break the bank.

I think bringing your own beach towel can save you money. Renting one can cost around 10 lira, and they’re not always clean.

If you plan to rent gear for water sports, do it early in the day. The equipment often runs out by the afternoon, especially on weekends.

For a budget-friendly day, pack your own drinks and snacks. There are plenty of spots to relax and you won’t be stuck paying over the top prices at the beach stalls
Damlatash Cave

Photography is allowed, but be mindful of those around you. I recommend using a quiet setting on your camera to not disturb the experience for others.

Don't forget to look up! The rock formations are stunning, and I almost missed a couple of the best views because I was too focused on the ground.

The entry fee is pretty reasonable, but bring cash as card payments weren't accepted when I visited. Just a heads up so you’re not caught off guard!

Bring a light jacket or sweater, as the cave can get surprisingly cool. I was a bit chilly during my visit, and I wish I had prepared for that
Kursunlu Waterfall
Duden Waterfalls
Saklikent National Park

I'd suggest starting your visit around 9 AM. It's less crowded and the weather is cooler for exploring.

If you're planning to walk through the gorge, wear waterproof shoes. Trust me, you'll get wet! Those river crossings can be a splash zone!

grab a cheap lunch from the local cafés nearby. there's nothing like fresh gözleme while enjoying the river views
Koprulu Canyon

My advice is to wear water shoes; the rocks can be super slippery when you’re wading into the river. I didn’t have any, and it made getting in and out a bit precarious.

Bring your own snacks and a reusable water bottle! The prices inside the park can add up quickly. I saved a bunch by packing my own lunch.
Lara Public Beach

I suggest you bring your own snacks and drinks. The beachside vendors can be a bit pricey, and you can save a lot by packing your own picnic. Plus, you'll have more food options!

Don’t forget your beach shoes. The sand can be scorchingly hot during midday. It's no fun to hop around trying to find cooler spots. I learned that the hard way.

I think it's a good idea to check the weather beforehand. I went on a cloudy day expecting sun, and it wasn't as enjoyable. Overcast days might not be what you hoped for!

My advice is to go early, around 8 AM. The beach gets super crowded later on, and you'll have a better spot and a more relaxing experience in the morning sun.
Dim Cave
Karaalioglu Park

Check out the fountains and flower gardens for some awesome photo ops. I thought I'd skip them, but they turned out to be the best part of my visit!

Take a stroll during sunset! I didn't realize how beautiful it would be, and I totally regretted not having my camera ready. The views are amazing, so plan your visit around 6 PM.

Bring a light jacket or sweater, especially if you're staying till evening. The breeze can get chilly, and I wasn't prepared for it at all.

If you want to save some cash, find the public parking lots a little farther from the park. The closer ones charge a lot, and it’s an easy walk from a bit further out.
Konyaalti Beach

If you’re into beach sports, hit up the volleyball courts in the late afternoon. It's a fun way to meet people and enjoy the vibes without the midday heat

Check out the beach clubs for sunbeds – some offer deals if you order food or drinks. It can save you a bit if you plan to lounge all day.

I suggest grabbing some snacks from local shops before hitting the beach; prices at kiosks can be a bit steep! Plus, having your own goodies is a nice touch.

Do yourself a favor and arrive by 8 AM. You’ll snag a perfect spot with fewer crowds and the sunrise views are gorgeous!
