I suggest booking your gorilla permits in advance, like a few months ahead, because they can sell out fast, especially in peak season. I waited too long and it was a stressful last-minute scramble!

I think it’s best to stay a couple of days. One day felt too rushed, and I missed some amazing sights. Take your time to soak it all in and maybe try a few trails!
