Consider staying overnight if you can. I stayed at the guesthouse, and it was so relaxing! Just make sure to book in advance, as it can fill up quickly, especially on weekends.

I suggest joining a meditation class rather than just wandering around the center. I went to a session at 2 PM, and it really deepened my experience, plus it’s included in the entrance fee
