I recommend bringing your own snacks and water. The on-site cafe can be pricey and not always the best. Packing your own food can keep your energy up without breaking the bank!

My advice is to arrive early, like 30 mins before your start time. It gives you a chance to settle in, get geared up, and chat with the instructors. They’re super friendly!
