I recommend arriving around 8 AM for the morning lessons. The waves are generally calmer, and you get more personalized attention from instructors. Trust me, it makes a big difference.

My advice is to layer your clothing. It can be chilly in the morning and gets warm by noon. You don’t want to be too hot or too cold.
