I recommend arriving right when the museum opens at 9 AM. It gets busy later in the day and you want to enjoy it without crowds.

Plan to arrive when they open at 10 AM to beat the crowds and have a more personal experience with the exhibits. I found that I could take my time without feeling rushed.
