Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Orlando
Next time, I would totally suggest wearing socks and comfortable clothes. They have some awesome trampoline and ropes courses that are a blast, but you need those for safety gear!
I think it's worth it to sign up for their loyalty program if you're a local or plan to visit again. You can earn points that lead to discounts or free races later on.
Be prepared to spend a bit of time waiting for certain activities, especially if it's a busy day. I suggest using the wait time to grab snacks or check out their arcade games, which are really fun.
My advice is to check out the combo packages before you buy individual activities. They often have deals that save you money if you plan to do multiple things.
Daytona International Speedway
If you're planning to buy merchandise, do it early. The best stuff sells out quick and I was kinda bummed I missed out on a shirt that was super popular.
I recommend arriving at least 2 hours before the event starts. Parking fills up fast and you don’t wanna miss any of the pre-race festivities.
I suggest exploring the fan zone. You can find some cool interactive displays and don’t forget to grab a free pit pass if you're lucky!
Orlando Carte Center
I recommend bringing a change of clothes if you can. I didn't expect it to get hot and sweaty in those karts, so I was pretty uncomfortable afterwards.
I think you should keep an eye out for package deals – I saw a family deal that saved some serious $$$$. It really made the whole experience better for us!
Tampa Bay Grand Prix
I recommend bringing your own snacks or drinks. The food there is a bit pricey, and I ended up really regretting that $6 bottle of water when I saw a vending machine outside with way better prices.
I think it's super helpful to wear comfortable clothes, especially if you plan to race a few times. Trust me, you'll want to be comfy in the kart. No one wants to race with tight jeans.
Bradenton Motorsports Park
My advice is to bring some snacks and drinks. The concession prices can be a bit steep, and having your own stuff saved me a few bucks!
If you're planning to take photos, make sure to get there around 4 PM when the sun is lower. I got some awesome shots, but I wish I had thought of it earlier!
Grand Prix Tampa
Make sure to book your karting session online in advance to avoid the long wait, especially on weekends. I waited over an hour on Saturday, and it was a bit frustrating.
Check for any deals or promotions before you go. I saved a good amount by finding a Groupon – definitely worth a look!
K1 Speed
Kissimmee Go-Karts
My advice is to buy the multiple ride package. It feels costly upfront, but trust me, you'll want to race more than once!
If you're planning to eat there, skip the pizzas and try the burgers instead; they were a solid choice and way tastier!
Lil 500 Go-Karts
I recommend grabbing a snack at the nearby food truck after your races. The burgers were super tasty and perfect for refueling after all that racing!
Revolution Adventures
I suggest booking the ATVs in advance, especially during weekends. The line can get really long, and you don’t want to waste time waiting while others are out having fun!
