Thriller Miami Speedboat Adventures
If you're sensitive to sun, bring a hat and sunscreen; the speedboat ride is thrilling, but you’ll be exposed for a while. I forgot and got roasted!
Try to sit at the back of the boat for the best views and a more exciting ride – the splash and speed are way more fun there!

I recommend going on a weekday, like Tuesday around 2 PM if you can; it was way less crowded and we got better photo ops with no one in the way
Parasail Siesta

Be ready for some waiting time, especially during peak season. Pack some snacks and drinks to keep yourself energized while you chill before your turn!

I suggest checking for deals on local websites or social media before booking. We saved a decent amount just by doing a quick search!
Aquatica

I strongly suggest arriving right when the park opens at 10 AM. You’ll beat the crowds and have shorter lines for the rides early on. Trust me, it makes a huge difference!

Check out the wave pools and lazy river during the quieter hours, like late afternoon. The vibes are way chill, and I found it easier to relax and enjoy those spots.

Bring your own towels and sunscreen! I made the mistake of buying them there, and it was pricey. Having your own can save you some cash and hassle.

Plan for a midday break. The sun can be brutal, and the park can get overcrowded around lunch. Grab a bite around 1 PM in one of the quieter areas to recharge.
Harbour Towne Marina

Bring a light jacket if you're going in the evening; it gets surprisingly chilly by the water!
If you're planning to rent a boat, book in advance. I waited too long and missed out on a great opportunity!

I suggest arriving around 10 AM to snag a good spot for the best views and to avoid the midday crowds.

Take a walk along the docks and chat with local boaters; they have the best tips on hidden spots and local adventures.
Venetian Pool

If you can, bring water shoes. The bottom of the pool is a bit rocky in places, and having something on your feet helped me a lot!

I recommend visiting during the week instead of the weekend. I went on a Friday and it was way less crowded which made the experience so much more enjoyable.
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park

Get to the park right when it opens at 10 AM! We got there early and snagged great spots on loungers near the wave pool before the crowds rolled in. It's worth it!

Check the weather before you go! We thought it would be sunny all day, but it rained for a bit... They gave us a rain check for another day, but I wish I’d planned better!

I reccomend bringing your own snacks. The food prices on-site are kinda steep, and you’re allowed to bring in some goodies, so save some cash that way!
Daytona Beach Parasail

My advice is to wear a rash guard or light shirt when parasailing. The sun can be really intense up there, and you don’t want to end up a lobster.

I recommend booking online in advance, it saves you time and sometimes you can snag a discount! I saw a few folks who didn’t have reservations and had to wait a while.

I suggest going in the morning, around 9 AM. The winds are calmer and the skies are clearer – perfect for a sweet view of the beach below!

If you're prone to motion sickness, take some Dramamine before your flight. I didn’t think I’d need it, but I felt a bit queasy on the boat. Better safe than sorry!
Bradenton Beach Parasailing

Don’t forget to put on sunscreen before you go up! I missed a spot and ended up with a pretty nasty sunburn afterward

I suggest wearing a swimsuit under your clothes, as you’ll definitely get wet at some point. It made my experience much more comfortable!

Book your parasailing adventure online in advance, especially during weekends. It saved me time and I snagged a discount too!

I think going in the morning, around 9 AM, is best. The winds are calmer and the views are stunning before it gets super crowded.
Loggerhead Marina – Hollywood

Make sure to explore the area around the marina! There are some nice walking paths and parks nearby that offer great views. I stumbled upon one and it was a perfect spot for some relaxation after a day on the water.

If you're renting a boat, I suggest booking in advance, especially on weekends. It can get super busy, and I missed out on an amazing sunset cruise because I waited too long!

Check out the local seafood spots nearby – they have some great deals on fresh catches! I found a restaurant just walking distance from the marina that had happy hour specials, and it was a highlight of my trip.
Adventure Island

My advice is to buy your tickets online ahead of time. You'll save a few bucks, and that line at the gate can be crazy long!

I suggest hitting the park right when it opens at 10 AM. The crowds are much lighter then, so you can enjoy rides without waiting forever.

I think bringing a cooler with snacks and drinks can save you a ton of money. The food prices inside are a bit steep, and you'll get hungry quickly after all the action.

If you're planning to stay the whole day, pack a change of dry clothes. I didn't, and walking around in wet swimsuits wasn't too comfy after a few hours!
