Clearwater Beach

Pay attention to parking! I parked at a meter that expired too quickly. Look for nearby garage options, it might cost a bit more, but it's way more convenient.

If you're thinking about renting a cabana, book it in advance! I didn't and ended up scrambling for a spot on a busy Saturday. It saved my friends and I a lot of hassle.

My advice is to bring your own beach chair and umbrella. You can save quite a bit compared to rental prices. Plus, it’s super comfy to lounge in your own stuff!

Avoid the midday sun! I suggest hitting the beach around 4 PM when it's starting to cool down, and you get those amazing sunset vibes without the crazy heat.
Haulover Park

If you're planning to rent umbrellas or chairs, don't wait until the last minute. I suggest securing them online ahead of time to save some cash because the prices on-site can be a bit steep

If you're into fishing, bring your gear! I spotted many people catching fish right from the shore, so it's a fun option if you have the time.

I highly recommend arriving before 10 AM to snag a good parking spot and get that morning beach vibe. It fills up fast trust me!

My advice is to pack your own snacks. The food options are a bit pricey, and you can save a ton just by bringing your own cooler.
Panama City Beach

I suggest watching the sunset at Frank Brown Park. It was beautiful, and way less crowded than the beach. Plus, they have a nice playground if you have kids!

If you're planning to rent a beach chair or umbrella, do it through a local vendor instead of the hotel. It's way cheaper and you get better stuff!

Check out local happy hours at restaurants from 3-5 PM for some serious food deals. I snagged a lobster taco for half price and it was delish!

Bring your own cooler to the beach! I filled mine with snacks and drinks, and it saved me loads of cash instead of buying overpriced stuff from vendors.
Crandon Park

Parking can be a pain, so consider using the free shuttle. It’ll save you time and gas, and you won't have to stress about finding a spot.

I think it's worth checking the events calendar before you go. We stumbled upon a cool event that made our visit extra special, but I wish we’d planned for it!

If you're like me and love to chill on the beach, try to get there by 9 AM to snag a good spot. The later it gets, the harder it is to find a nice little nook!
Henderson Beach

Be sure to bring a cooler with snacks and drinks. The beach food can get pricey, and you want to save those bucks for fun stuff!

The beach can get crowded, so I think it's better to head left when you arrive. It tends to be quieter there, which makes for a more relaxing experience.

My advice is to pack some beach games or a good book. It makes the day way more enjoyable while soaking up that sun
Cocoa Beach

I suggest packing your own snacks and drinks before you hit the beach. It can get pretty pricey at the concession stands, and you’ll want to stay hydrated and full while soaking up the sun!

My advice is to rent a beach umbrella or board for the day instead of buying them. I paid a fortune that first day and found out you can get rentals at way better prices a little down the beach.

I totally recommend avoiding the overpriced beachside cafes. Instead, take a short walk to get some awesome local food trucks nearby. You'll save cash and get some tasty grub!
Haulover Naturist Beach

If you're new to naturism, don’t worry about being perfect. Everyone’s super friendly, so just relax and enjoy. Honestly, you’ll feel less self-conscious after a while!

Bring plenty of sunscreen, even if it looks cloudy. I got sunburned in areas I didn’t think would get hit, but I learned my lesson the hard way!
Cypress Point Park

I think you should check out the trails before hitting the beach. They offer some beautiful views, and you might spot some cool wildlife! I totally missed that part on my first visit.

I recommend going early in the morning, like around 8 AM, to beat the heat and snag a good parking spot. It gets super crowded later on, especially on weekends.

If you're into photography, come just before sunset. The colors are stunning and there's less glare. I wish I had known this trick earlier; my photos would have been so much better.

My advice is to bring snacks and drinks with you. There's not much nearby, and trust me, you'll want to stay hydrated while lounging by the water
South City Beach Park

I think you should try to catch the sunset if you can! It’s absolutely stunning, but parking can get tricky around that time. Just plan ahead for a spot, maybe a little earlier than usual.

My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks. The concession stand prices are kinda high, and you can save a lot by packing some sandwiches and drinks from home.
North City Beach Park

I recommend walking the beach towards the North to find a quieter spot. The south end gets pretty crowded, and I found it much more relaxing up there.

Don’t forget to bring your own snacks and drinks! The food prices at the nearby vendors can be pretty steep. I spent way more on a soda than I expected.

Check the tide schedule. I didn’t realize the water would be super low in the afternoon, so my beach day was kind of disappointing. Go early for the best swimming!

I suggest getting there around 9 am to snag a good parking spot. It fills up quick, and you don’t wanna waste time circling around looking for a spot.
