Hawaiian Tropical Botanical Garden

Wear comfy shoes! The trails can take longer than you think to explore, and you don’t want sore feets ruining your day.

Consider bringing a few snacks and water with you. The café onsite is pretty pricey, and it’s nice to sit and enjoy the views with your own food.

I highly recommend getting there right when they open at 9 AM. The morning light is perfect for photos, and it gets crowded later on.
Coco Crater Botanical Garden

Check if you can bring a picnic. There are some lovely spots to sit and enjoy the views, and it saves you some cash on snacks inside the garden.

Wear good walking shoes! The trails can be a bit rocky, and I regretted not bringing more comfortable footwear. It makes exploring the garden much more enjoyable.

If you can, visit in the early morning around 8 AM. The temperatures are cooler, and you’ll avoid the crowds. I really enjoyed the peaceful vibe at that time!
Foster Botanical Garden

Bring some snacks and water; there aren’t many places nearby to grab a bite. I ended up hungry after exploring for a while, and it would’ve made the experience even better
