Swing by the food trucks by the lake around lunch time! I had the best taco from one of them, and they’re way cheaper than nearby sit-down places. Don’t forget to grab a to-go drink from the stand; it’ll save you a few bucks

Dress in layers, especially if you'll be out for a while. It can get chilly by the water in the afternoon breeze. I was freezing after sunbathing too long, but I wish I had brought a light jacket just in case!
