My advice is to visit during the weekday afternoons; it’s way less crowded, and you can take your time exploring everything without feeling rushed.

If you want a good seat for the shows, try to arrive around 7:30 PM. I got there a bit late, and ended up in the back where the view wasn’t that great.

I recommend going on a weekday if you can. It's way less crowded and you can really enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

I think getting a membership might save you a few bucks if you're planning to go more than once. I didn't, and spent more than I should have on entry fees.
