I recommend getting to PNC Arena at least 90 minutes before the game. This way, you can dodge the mad rush and actually enjoy the pre-game festivities without feeling rushed

My advice is to avoid weekends if you can. It was super busy when I went Saturday morning; I had to wait an hour. I think a weekday would give you a way smoother experience.
