If you want the best views, try to schedule your flight around sunrise or sunset. We did sunset, and the colors were amazing! Just be sure to book a few weeks ahead.

If you're planning on parasailing, do it in the morning around 9 AM. The weather is calmer, and you get to avoid the afternoon crowds waiting to take a turn
