Tootsies Orchid Lounge

Get there by 5 PM to snag a good spot for live music. It gets super crowded later, and you'll want to enjoy the atmosphere without fighting for space.

Consider getting a drink from the rooftop bar. The view is stunning, and it's a great way to escape the crowds while still enjoying the vibe.

if you’re feeling hungry, check out their bar snacks – they’re decent and won’t break the bank. i tried the nachos, and they were great with a drink.
Nelson's Green Brier Distillery

I think you should check out the cocktail bar after the tour. They have some super unique drinks, and it’s a nice place to chill after the tasting. Just watch the prices - can get a little pricey!

If you're planning on buying anything from the gift shop, my advice is to check for special sales or discounts. I found some cool swag at a lower price that wasn’t advertised.
City Winery

I suggest checking their event calendar before you go, as some nights have special shows or wine tastings that can really enhance your experience. I missed out on a cool event!
I recommend trying the charcuterie board; it’s a perfect match for the wine selections! However, don’t be shy to ask for more bread if you run out – they’re usually happy to provide it

I think the service can be a bit slow during busy nights, so have your drink order ready when the server arrives to save time. Trust me, it can make a big difference!

My advice is to arrive by 5 PM to snag a good table with a view of the stage. The prime spots fill up fast and you don’t wanna miss the music!
Mickey's Tavern

My advice is to check out their happy hour specials, usually between 5-7 PM. The deals are solid, and you can save some bucks on drinks while enjoying the vibe.

I recommend swinging by Mickey's on a weekday, like Wednesday around 6 PM. It's way less crowded, so you can snag a good spot and take your time with the darts without the wait!
I suggest checking out their dart boards first to make sure you’re not waiting for a long time. Some nights, they can be extremely popular – it’s better to see if you can get a game in before ordering a drink!
Corsair Distillery & Taproom

I suggest checking out the cocktail menu after the tour. Their unique drinks are a great way to unwind, and you can even taste their spirits straight, which is a fun experience.

Bring a designated driver or use a rideshare service if you're planning to sample a lot. The tastings are generous, and you'll want to enjoy them without worrying about getting home safely!

If you're planning to take the distillery tour, try to book it online in advance. It can fill up quickly, especially on weekends, and you don't want to miss out!

My advice is to chat with the staff; they're super knowledgeable and friendly. Ask about limited releases or seasonal offerings that aren’t on the regular menu—it’s a treasure trove of flavors!
Bluebird Cafe
I think the food could be better, but the snacks are decent. If you’re hungry, maybe eat before you arrive and just grab a drink.

Get there around 5 PM if you want a good seat... The place started filling up fast, and I barely got a spot! It's a small venue, and the vibe gets super cozy...
Try to sit closer to the stage if you can. The magic of the live performance is way better up front, even if it's crowded!

Make sure to bring cash for tips. I kinda forgot and it was a bit awkward trying to figure out how to tip the amazing musicians.
The Johnny Cash Museum & Cafe

Don’t skip the gift shop! They have unique merch you won’t find anywhere else, and I found some great souvenirs for family without breaking the bank.

You might want to visit on a weekday if you can. It was way quieter than weekends, so we could actually enjoy the exhibits and take our time without the crowds.

Plan for about 2-3 hours. It might look small but there’s a lot of cool stuff to see! I felt like I rushed through at first, but once I slowed down, I really enjoyed it.
The Villager Tavern
Also, I suggest bringing some cash. While they do accept cards, the service can be quicker if you pay in cash, especially when the place gets busy!

I recommend visiting The Villager Tavern on a weekday. It’s way less crowded than weekends, and you'll have more space to play darts and enjoy your drinks. Trust me, you’ll appreciate the chill vibe!

My advice is to check out their happy hour specials – they can really save you some cash! I snagged some awesome deals on drinks that made my night way more fun
