I think bringing a small snack and water is crucial, especially if you're doing tandem flights. You'll be waiting around a bit, and you don’t wanna feel hungry halfway through!
Eagle Hang Gliding

If you're looking to save some cash, keep an eye out for weekday deals or special offers on their website. I got a discount for booking online which was a sweet bonus!

I recommend booking your hang gliding session during the weekday mornings, like around 9 AM. You'll avoid crowds and get more personal attention from the instructors, which made my experience way better.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. I didn't think it would get cold up there, but it did! Layers were key, so bring a light jacket just in case
The Birdman Academy

My advice is to wear layers. It can get chilly up in the air, and I underestimated how cold it would be. A light jacket made my experience way more enjoyable!
