Golf in Washington:
The Golf Club At Newcastle
Interbay Golf Center
My advice is to check the website for any special discounts or packages before you go. I found a deal that saved us quite a bit on our round.
Jefferson Park
Gold Mountain Golf Club
If you're grabbing a bite, check out the pizza at the clubhouse. It's a bit pricey but totally worth it after a long round. Definitely a good refuel!
My advice is to plan your visit during the week, it was way less crowded and I got to enjoy the course much more. Try for a Thursday or Friday.
The Home Course
My advice is to play on a weekday rather than a weekend. I played on a Wednesday and it was way less crowded, which let me enjoy the course without the usual wait times!
Chambers Bay Golf Course
I suggest playing in the early morning or late afternoon. The light is great for photos and the course isn't as crowded, so you can really enjoy your game.
I recommend walking the course if you can. Riding in a cart is nice, but being on foot lets you soak in the stunning views and enjoy the atmosphere more fully.
Salish Cliffs Golf Club
I recommend arriving a bit earlier, around 30 minutes before your tee time. It gives you enough time to check in and hit a few balls at the range without feeling rushed.
