I suggest bringing snacks and drinks... The tour might provide some meals, but I found the options limited, and I was hungry by the end!
If you can, try to book your rafting tour in the morning around 9 AM to avoid the crowds and catch some cooler weather. It made a huge difference for us!
Don't forget your water shoes! I ended up with sore feet after all the rocky parts because I just wore flip-flops. A little investment goes a long way!
