i suggest visiting barrage vauban late afternoon, around 4 pm. the lighting is perfect for photos, and it’s less crowded. plus, you can catch a lovely sunset over the water!

My advice is to grab a bite at nearby cafés before heading up to the viewing platform. It's a bit pricey in the area, but you’ll save money if you eat elsewhere
