I suggest wearing comfy shoes! The park is bigger than it looks, and you’ll want to explore all the nooks and crannies without your feet hurting
Grab some fresh pastries from a local boulangerie before heading in! There's tons of beautiful spots for a picnic, and bringing your own food can save you a bit of cash instead of buying at the park.
Check out the animal park area, especially if you have kids! It's free and a lot of fun. I messed up by skipping it initially, but it turned out to be a highlight for me.
