I recommend getting to Bodiam Castle around 9:30 AM. It gets pretty crowded later on, and you’ll have the place mostly to yourself for some great pics!
Make sure you wear comfy shoes! I didn't think it’d be so much walking around and climbing up those stairs can be a bit tricky. Got a bit worn out!
Check out the little gift shop before you leave. They have some unique souvenirs that aren’t available online. I found a really cool mug to take home
