You should definitely plan to visit around 9 AM. The morning light is amazing for photos and there are fewer tourists. Plus, you can snag the best parking spots!
If you're considering a guided tour, maybe skip it. The signs along the trails are pretty clear and you’ll get to explore at your own pace, unlike with a group tour. I found that way more enjoyable!
I recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks. The park’s cafes are kinda pricey and it’s so nice to find a scenic spot and picnic with a view. Trust me, you'll save some cash!
