My advice is to plan ahead for food. There aren’t many dining options close by, so stocking up on supplies before you get there saves you time and money later!
If you're planning to hike, I suggest starting around 7 AM. It gets really hot later, and you'll beat most of the crowds on the trails. Trust me, it makes a big difference!
i recommend bringing your own firewood. the camp store had some, but it was overpriced. plus, it’s nice to have a stash already ready for your evening campfire.
