Don’t skip the animal feeding times! They’re such a blast, and you get to see the animals up close. Just check the schedule when you enter.
wear comfy shoes! the zoo is pretty big, and you'll be doing a lot of walking. i wore flip-flops and regretted it halfway through.
Try to visit on a weekday if you can. It was much less crowded and we had a better chance to interact with the animals and enjoy the exhibits
