I suggest packing a cooler with food and drinks. The prices at the campground store can be pretty high, and you'll save a good chunk of change by bringing your own grub. Plus, it’s nice to have snacks handy after a long hike.

Make sure to reserve your camping spot well in advance, especially during peak season. We thought we’d wing it but ended up scrambling for a last-minute spot. It was a lesson learned for next time!

If you're planning to hike start your day early around 7 AM. That way you’ll avoid the rush and snag the best parking spots. Trust me we showed up a bit late and had to hike further just to find a spot!
