I think if you arrive early about 10-15 minutes ahead you’ll have some time to chill and enjoy the ambiance. I rushed in last time and felt a bit flustered.

My advice is to try their signature treatments. I went for a standard massage, but the specialized ones really seem to have more good reviews! Don't be shy to ask about it.
