New

I suggest arriving around 9 AM when they open. You’ll avoid the crowds and have more time to enjoy the animals without rushing. Also the morning is when the animals are most active!

My advice is to bring some cash for local crafts and donations. I found myself wanting to support the center, but they only accepted cash for some items. It’s worth it to help their efforts.
