I recommend bringing a picnic! There's a lovely spot nearby where you can sit and enjoy a snack while taking in the beautiful gardens. It can save you money and is way more relaxing than eating on-the-go.
If you want to capture awesome photos, try to explore the little paths around the estate. I discovered a perfect angle for the beautiful facade, but it took a bit of wandering! It's worth it.
Don't forget to wear comfy shoes! The paths can be a bit uneven, and I regretted wearing my stylish new sneakers on my visit. Your feet will thank you after wandering around.
