I suggest wearing light, breathable clothing. I wore regular gym clothes, but trust me, you'll be way more comfortable in something lighter, especially in that Bangkok heat!
I recommend trying to book a class at least a day in advance, especially on weekends. It gets super busy, and I almost missed my chance because they were fully booked!
