I recommend joining the morning classes around 9 AM. They're less crowded, and you get more personal attention from the trainers. It really helped me improve my technique without feeling rushed.

My advice is to bring your own boxing gloves if you can. Rentals are available, but they can be a bit worn out. Plus, you'll save some cash in the long run and have a more comfortable experience
