I suggest checking out the gardens around Palais Rohan too! They're really nice and often less crowded. It's a great spot to chill and take some pics without the hustle of the main attractions.

I recommend visiting on a weekday if you can... I went on a Saturday and it was super busy! The crowds made it hard to enjoy everything properly... Monday or Tuesday could be quieter
