I suggest checking the schedule for the guided tours online before you go. We missed the first one, and it was a bit of a wait!
My advice is to wear sturdy shoes. The cave paths can be slippery and you'll want to be comfortable when exploring all the cool formations.
If you have time, definitely explore the gift shop afterward. They have some really unique souvenirs that aren't overpriced, so it's worth the stop!
