I recommend booking your kayaking trip in the morning, around 9 AM. The weather is cooler and the river isn’t crowded yet. Plus, you’ll have the whole afternoon to chill out after!
I suggest being prepared to get wet! Wear quick-dry clothes and maybe even have a waterproof bag for your phone. I thought I could avoid it, but ended up soaked after my first paddle!
