My advice is to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. I wore shorts, and it was super uncomfortable. The saddles can rub, so be prepared for a bit of chafing!

I suggest bringing a small waterproof bag for your phone and snacks. You might want to snap pics while riding, but also enjoy a snack break without worrying about splashes from the ocean!

I think booking your ride in the morning around 8 AM is best. The weather is cooler and it's less crowded, making it a more relaxed experience. Plus, you'll get to see the sunrise over the beach – stunning!
