I think you should consider taking the metro to the stadium. The traffic around match time can be a nightmare, but the M5 line drops you right at the stadium.
Make sure you wear your team's colors! I didn't, and I felt a bit out of place. You'll meet more fans and capture better photos!
My advice is to grab your snacks and drinks before the game. The prices inside the stadium are a bit crazy. Stop by a local shop, it's cheaper!
