Be sure to download an offline map beforehand. Signal can be spotty in the park, and getting lost would eat up your precious time.

My advice is to wear comfortable shoes. The trails can be a bit rough, and you’ll be walking a lot. Trust me, your feet will thank you later.

Definitely pack some snacks and water! There aren't many food options inside Taroko, and you wouldn't want to waste time finding a place to eat when you could be hiking or enjoying the views.
