Check the opening hours before you go! I found out the hard way that they close earlier than expected, which cut my visit short. Aim to arrive around 10 AM for fewer crowds and more time to explore.

Wear sturdy shoes! The paths can be uneven and a bit tricky. I slipped a few times in sandals, and I wish I had worn my hiking shoes instead. You'll enjoy the cave so much more without worrying about your footing.
