If you're into art, be sure to check out the temporary exhibitions. I almost skipped them, but they turned out to be a highlight of my visit. Maybe set aside an extra hour just for this!
Don't forget your camera! The views of Lake Como from Villa Olmo are breathtaking, especially at sunset. I kinda wished I'd come later in the day for those golden hour shots.
Plan your visit during weekdays if you can. I went on a Saturday and it was super packed. I think a Thursday is perfect to explore without feeling rushed.
