I recommend visiting Porta Torre early in the morning around 8 AM. The light is beautiful for photos and it’s way less crowded. Plus, you can enjoy the quiet vibes of the area before tourists flood in.

I suggest checking out nearby cafes for a quick breakfast. There’s a lovely one just around the corner with great pastries and coffee that won’t break the bank. Grab a snack before heading to the tower!

Consider bringing water and snacks with you. I didn’t, and there aren’t many places to buy them nearby. You’d want to stay comfortable while exploring!
