Prasonisi Beach

The winds can get pretty intense, so if you're into windsurfing, come between May and September for the best conditions.

The sunset views are stunning, so I recommend sticking around after hours... Just be careful, as it can get dark quite quickly!

Bring your own beach umbrella if you want some shade! The sun can be brutal, and renting one at the beach can be pricey.

If you're planning to stay all day pack snacks and lunch. The nearest shops are a bit of a trek and the beach food can add up quickly.
Kallithea Springs

I think it's worth bringing some snacks and water. The cafe near the springs has decent food but can get a bit pricey. A little picnic makes for a nice break in the sun!

If you're driving, avoid the parking lot by the entrance; it gets chaotic. Instead, look for nearby street parking – it's usually less stressful and much quicker.

I recommend wearing comfy shoes because the grounds can be a bit uneven. You'll do a lot of walking around, and trust me, you don't wanna be dealing with sore feet afterwards.

My advice is to bring a swimsuit and a towel. Even if you don't plan to swim, the pools look super inviting, and you might just change your mind once you're there.
Traganou Beach

I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. The beach taverna is nice, but the prices are a bit steep, and you'll save some euros that way.

Look out for the small beach umbrellas scattered around. They’re not super obvious, but they offer some good shade if you need a break from the sun!

Make sure to check the wind conditions before you go! Some days, the water can get pretty choppy, and it can ruin your swimming plans.

I think getting the beach chairs and umbrellas is worth it, especially if you wanna chill all day. They do charge a fee, but it's pretty reasonable for the comfort
Tsambika Beach

My advice is to check the wind conditions before heading out. It can get pretty breezy, and it made my beach day a bit less enjoyable than I’d hoped.

If you want to snag a good spot, I suggest getting there by 9 AM. The beach fills up fast, and you really don’t want to be scrambling for a good towel spot later.

Bring your own snacks and drinks if you can! The beach cafes can be pricey, and I learned the hard way by paying way too much for a bottle of water.

I think renting an umbrella is a smart move... The sun can be intense even in the morning, and I'd have saved myself a bit of sunburn if I did that sooner
Stegna Beach

If you want to save some cash, bring your own snacks and drinks. There are plenty of hidden shady spots where you can enjoy a picnic without the beach bar prices.

I recommend renting a kayak or paddleboard. It's inexpensive and a super fun way to explore the coastline while getting some exercise.
Glystra Beach

Bring your own snacks and drinks! The beach bars can be pricey, and we ended up spending a lot more than expected on food – just pack a picnic and enjoy!

if you're driving, look for parking behind the beach to save a few euros, instead of paying for the front spots. trust me, it’s worth the extra few meters of walking!
Vlycha Beach

I recommend heading to Vlycha Beach in the early morning around 8 AM. It’s way quieter, and you can snag the best sunbeds without spending extra. Trust me, it makes a huge difference.

My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks. The beach bars are nice, but they can get pricey. I ended up dropping quite a bit on a couple of waters!

I suggest exploring the small tavernas nearby for lunch instead of the beachside ones. My meal was way cheaper and tastier at a little place I stumbled upon just off the main road.
Fourni Beach

If you want the best spot on the beach I suggest getting there by 9 AM. The sunbeds fill up fast especially during peak season and you'll want that perfect view!

I recommend checking the wind direction before heading out. It can get pretty windy, and some days the waves might not be great for swimming, definitely would improve your beach experience.

I think bringing your own snacks and drinks is a smart move. The beach bars are nice, but prices can be a bit high for food and drinks. Pack a cooler and save some cash!

My advice is to explore the nearby rocky areas if you can. They’re not just beautiful but also less crowded. Just keep your shoes on, some spots can be a bit tricky!
Lardos Beach

I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks to the beach. The nearby cafes can get kinda pricey, and it was a bummer when I realized they charged a lot for just a bottle of water

Don’t forget to pack some beach shoes! The pebbles can be a bit rough on your feet, so I really felt the difference once I wore mine. Saved me a lot of discomfort!

My advice is to visit Lardos Beach after 5 PM. The crowds thin out and the sunset views are stunning, plus you can find better parking spots. It was one of the highlights of my trip!
Kalathos Beach

I suggest grabbing some snacks and drinks from local shops before hitting the beach. The beach tavern prices are a bit high and we spent way more than we planned just for a couple of drinks!
