I recommend checking their schedule before you go... I thought drop-in classes were available all day, but some classes can fill up quick... I got lucky, but plan ahead for best results!
I think trying to catch a fight night if you can is a must! The atmosphere is electric, but make sure to book tickets a few days in advance to avoid disappointment.

My advice is to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You'll definitely sweat a lot, and I wish I had saved a few bucks on buying bottled water on-site

I suggest arriving just before lunchtime, around 11:30 AM. It’s way less crowded then, and you can snag a good spot to watch the training or get a private lesson without the rush!

I recommend going for a morning class around 9 AM. The vibe is more relaxed and you'll get personal attention before the bigger crowds show up.

I suggest checking their class schedule online before you go. Some classes fill up quickly, and it helps to plan your visit accordingly.
