My advice is to try local eateries instead of the pricey marina restaurants. You can find great food just a short walk away, which saves you some cash and gives you a taste of authentic Turkish cuisine.

If you want to avoid the crowds, try to visit early in the morning, around 9 am. I went later in the day and it got pretty packed.

I suggest wearing comfy shoes because the cobblestone streets around the church can be tricky. I almost twisted my ankle while taking pics.
