my advice is to dress in layers! it can be chilly in the morning but gets warm once the sun is up. i wish i hadn't worn just a t-shirt, it was pretty cold up there at first!

I think it’s worth paying a bit extra for a private balloon if you can swing it. The experience is just amazing and you get to enjoy the views without strangers in the basket. Totally loved it!
