I think you should consider the afternoon package. It gives you more time to relax and also access to additional services, which made my visit feel more luxurious.

Try to go in the morning, around 10 AM. The steam bath was less packed, and I really enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere to unwind

i recommend bringing your own flip-flops or sandals. the floors can be slippery and wearing your own shoes helped me feel more comfortable

My advice is to bring your own toiletries, especially a good shampoo or conditioner. The ones they provide are a bit basic, and I wished I had my own for the best experience
