My advice is to bring your own personal petanque balls if you can, as renting them there took way longer than I expected, and I almost missed my turn.

Check out their weekend specials. I found that on Sundays they have some killer discounts on snacks and drinks, which really helped save some cash.

Check the club's event schedule before you go. If there’s a tournament, it can get really crowded, so plan around that for a better experience.

I recommend wearing comfy shoes. The terrain can be a bit uneven, and you’ll want to be able to move around easily if you’re joining a game.

Definitely check if they have any local tournaments going on. It’s super fun to watch and you might even get tips from seasoned players. I caught an exciting match during my visit!
