I recommend getting to the beach by around 8 AM. It’s way less crowded and you can snag a great spot right by the water before the sun gets too hot.

If you're staying in Samana, take the local ferry instead of booking an expensive tour. It saves loads of cash and it's a fun ride! Just check the schedule online 'cause it can vary.
